Thanks to the tremendous efforts by Derrick and the team the book is now shipping out to addresses across the USA and Canada. Literally, your books are in the mail. So look out for them.
Rest of world is being DHL'd with the exception of Brazil. We're exploring options on how to get your books to you. Our distribution partner had initially said they would ship to Brazil and now they are no longer willing.
SPECIAL EDITIONS
We are scrambling to get these ready. My apartment is full of books waiting to be signed and loaded into the sleeves but the sleeves are taking FOREVER to get printed. As soon as they are we'll get your books out ASAP.

FINAL MAJOR UPDATE!
This is our final major update on The Practical Guide to becoming a Great GM and The Complete guide to creating Epic Campaigns. It has been an amazing journey. As Backers you have helped us make the most amazing, beautiful books that I hope are as inspirational as they are useful to you. It has been a great honor to share my thoughts as a GM on how I run my games and I can only hope that your games are just a little smoother, easier, or engaging after you've read the book, that for me would be reward enough.
Whilst a few minor odds and ends may need to be tied up, I believe there is nothing left for us to do except keep a select few in the loop.

Hi all,
Just a quick few announcements for you:
Books are now on American soil
The cargo cleared customs and are now sitting in the queue for dispatch to our warehouses. This means that there is only one final step before those of you in the USA and Canada get your books. Fingers crossed its going to be soon. I'll send out another update as soon as we have confirmation that shipping has begun.
Audiobook complete
The audiobook for Practical guide, running at just under 11 hours in length is complete. All that remains is for me to edit it into chapters and for the Web Goblin to compile it into something useful to you all. We're aiming for the end of September for this.
NPC Portraits
I haven't forgotten about them, they're still just waiting to be correctly bundled and shipped out. But they are coming.

Hi all,
Well Europe, most of the UK - postal strikes notwithstanding - and the rest of the world have been getting their books. The USA and Canada - not so much. Why?
Well, it's one of those bureaucratic nightmares really: day 1 - we send an email asking where the ship is to the distribution company. Day 2 - they send an email to the ship owner asking where the ship is. Day 4 (because someone was away on holiday) the ship owner sends an email to the distribution company saying: It's at sea, and we're waiting for the harbour master to assign us a port. Day 5 the distribution company sends us an email saying: it's waiting. This is a weeks worth of email. Dutifully we then ask: but can you tell us how long we have to wait? Another chain of emails and the harbour master is now added into the conversation: their response - as soon as we can get to it.
The long and short of it is: the books are on a ship. The ship is in the Atlantic ocean. It's still afloat. It's waiting to get into the harbour. We are keeping a close eye on the distribution company, who in turn are waiting eagerly for the ship to dock. As soon as that happens we'll keep you all informed.
Why did we print in Europe and not the USA or Canada? Literally double the price. Trust us, if we could have found a local printer on each of the continents we sold books on, we would have!
AUDIO BOOKS
The books continue to be read. I'm nearly done with Practical guide, and Epic Campaigns should be much faster (it is half the word-count).
SPECIAL EDITION SLIP-CASE BOOKS
We have rejected the latest offering from the printers. The slipcase felt as if it was made out of paper. This is not the quality we want (or were originally given as samples). We're now looking for alternatives whilst nearly 300 kgs of books are en-route to my house for sleeves. We'll keep you updated.
NPC CARDS
I will attend to getting the original master images to each backer for personal use in their own games.

Hello all,
A few big announcements!
SHIPPED
The books have shipped for the EU and UK. We've been told roughly 4 days shipping time depending on where you are in the EU or UK. So next week should see your book or books arriving.
REST OF WORLD
These have also dispatched and are expected to arrive in the next week or two depending on where you are!
USA, CANADA
The books are expected to arrive in New York on the 28th of August. They then need to clear customs which is sometimes 2 weeks sometimes 4, sometimes more. We will keep you posted. Once they've cleared customs distribution will begin and so we're hoping to get all books out to the rest of the world by end of September.
MASTER EDITION
If you signed up for a Master Edition - the slipcase - there has been a slight delay. The printers informed us this morning they have had some issues and will be delayed by two weeks at least in getting the covers printed. We'll keep you posted.
NPC AND EVENT CARDS
Those will be coming to you this week! Watch your inboxes, spam folders, owl roosts, or whatever you used to sign up for your digital products. We hope you enjoy using them in your next game. A massive thank you to everyone who created an NPC for us. We hope you find your character. Some we did have to change slightly but we tried to keep as faithfully to your submission as possible. The artwork is as close to your descriptions as we could get.
AUDIO BOOKS
I continue to work on these. We're on chapter 8 of Practical Guide, it's nearly 4 and a half hours long, so I'm expecting the first book to run to at least 7 or 8 hours. Epic Campaigns will be shorter, but still well over 4 hours of audio. As I'm taking leave for two weeks, we are hoping to get Practical Guide finished recording by the end of September, and the whole package sent through to you by November.
